    IMSBarter marketplace

    Ruby on Rails · MySQL · payments, shipping, currency APIs

    Built an Amazon-style barter marketplace for International Monetary Systems. Clients could trade products and services with dynamic item types; the site cleared over $1 million/month USD-equivalent after month two.

  2. Hours of sync cut to under an hour, twice daily

    WisconsinHomes.com RETS feed

    Zend to Laravel · MySQL · SOAP RETS

    Replaced a brittle CSV update job (1 to 2 hours daily plus a 6 to 8 hour weekly run) with a continuous SOAP-based RETS feed and a framework conversion, so listings stayed current without long overnight jobs.
